THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF KIWI
Kiwi is a tiny fruit but has mighty health benefits. Kiwi is a good source several vitamins and mineral such as potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. The vitamin C content of Kiwi is twice as much as that of an orange.
